Q.What are the rental hours?
A.Deliveries are between 8AM and 6PM. These times may change under certain circumstances. If you require delivery outside of this window, we will make every attempt to accommodate your request, however it cannot be guaranteed.
Q.How long is the rental for?
A.The standard rental is up to 6 hours unless otherwise specified. Items rented will be set up and ready for the full 6 hour time. When booking online, the “start” time is the time we will have it set up by.
Q.When will you set up my rental?
A.Typically we arrive an hour prior to the rental to set up, but times will vary depending on our schedule. We will call at least a day ahead of your event to confirm a delivery and set-up time, and that someone will be able to accept delivery.
Q.Do you deliver in our area?
A.Call us to find out if we are able to deliver in your area and for current pricing.
Q.What type of payments do you accept?
A.We accept cash, business check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Q.Do I need to pay a deposit.
A.Yes, deposit is required and the amount is $50.00. All orders totaling more than $500.00 will require a 50% deposit. You may pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover on our website or by phone. The deposit is non-refundable. However, if cancellation is 10 days or more prior to your event, your deposit can be used for future use within the next year.
Q.How far in advance do I need to order?
A.Rental is on a first-come, first-served basis. It is wise to get your reservations in early to be guaranteed items are available. If you do have last minute needs, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q.Can you provide us a copy of your insurance?
A.Yes, we can provide you with a copy of our insurance along with an endorsement in the event it is for a county, school or club. Additional charges may apply for endorsements.
Q.Uh-Oh something happened (or I am having trouble) during my event, what do I do?
A.If any problems should occur during your event, please reach out to us immediately.
Q.Does the order include delivery?
A.Delivery is included in the rental price up to the first five miles from the zip code 33611. Each miles after will be an additional $2 per mile.
